A 6% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price as a buyers premium on the property. Earnest money deposit of $500 shall be held at title company handling the closing.

All bidders are to upload their proof of funds (financial letter and a credit card) in order to place an on-line bid. Earnest Money Deposit is nonrefundable., and the winning bidder's credit card (or Venmo) will be charged $500 for Earnest money at the close of the auction. The Buyer's Premium may be paid at Closing, if needed. The Winning bidder will be asked to sign a sales contract at the winning bid amount and based on the terms described here.
